About the DQC
I’ve started this blog as an attempt to capture the opportunities and challenges that exist as part of the various data quality initiatives encountered in the enterprise environment. I want this blog to tell real-life stories from data quality projects that can help my colleagues on their projects.
I’ll try to keep the topics in a format easy to digest and direct as possible. I’m not trying to spin a master theory of data quality through profound posts. I’ll take it. But I’m not aiming for that. I’m aiming for something a little more real and frankly within my skill level.
In between well thought out ramblings, I’ll twitter about shorter data quality tidbits that fit into the 140 character format! These tweets will be streamed down the righ-hand side of the page. You can also follow me on twitter at http://twitter.com/dqchronicle.

I chose the “locked hands” icon for the Data Quality Chronicle icon to emphasize how dependent data quality is on group behavior. Afterall it is typcial that someone degrades the data, a different someone cleans the data and yet another someone consumes the data.
If you have suggestions for future posts please leave a comment and I’ll try to accomodate all reasonable requests.
